Accessibility statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website and the products we build for clients and ventures. Accessibility is treated as an engineering requirement rather than a compliance exercise — it is reviewed during design and tested before release, not audited after launch.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means some content does not yet fully conform. We publish this honestly rather than claiming full conformance, and the known gaps are listed below with the work planned to close them.

Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure; keyboard navigation across all interactive controls with visible focus states; colour contrast meeting AA thresholds for body text, small labels, and interface components alike — including the metadata and eyebrow labels that are commonly left below threshold; a minimum type size of 10 pixels for uppercase mono labels; touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on mobile; text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels; and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

We test with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows, and keyboard-only navigation across current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. We do not currently test with every combination of browser and assistive technology, and we welcome reports from configurations we have missed.

If you encounter a barrier, contact us at accessibility@morphlix.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge reports within two working days and to provide a remediation timeline within ten. Where a fix will take time, we will offer an alternative means of accessing the content.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to legal@morphlix.com. We will review the matter independently of the original response and reply within twenty working days.
