The hard part

Venue Wi-Fi fails at exactly the wrong moment. Guestly's check-in is offline-first — scanning continues locally and reconciles when the connection returns.
Every device holds the guest list, records scans against it, and resolves conflicts on reconnect — so two doors scanning the same guest is a handled case, not an argument at the entrance.
