Four phases.
Each phase has clear exit criteria. The studio relationship is long-running but shaped — no open-ended retainers.
Founder + thesis review
We evaluate the sector, the AWS leverage, and the founder. Studio capacity is small, so the bar is high.
Reference design in week one
Our architects map the AWS topology — compute, data, integration, AI — against the product roadmap, before any code lands.
Concurrent delivery rhythm
Engineers ship product features. The studio runs production AWS in parallel — CI/CD, observability, on-call, FinOps.
Transfer when the team is ready
Architecture diagrams, runbooks, IaC, and ops walkthroughs move to the in-house team on a defined schedule.

An integrated platform for retailers and merchants — POS terminals, WhatsApp-native ordering with AI parsing, real-time multi-location inventory, double-entry accounting, and payment processing across African rails. Scales from solo WhatsApp sellers to 50-branch retail chains.

Founding engineering and AWS infrastructure. Morphlix owns the platform architecture, runs production AWS operations, and ships the commerce, payments, and AI parsing systems.
