One digital front door for three business divisions
Sallis Agricultural and Engineering Limited is a Lagos company with five staff and three divisions (agriculture and poultry, engineering services, and automotive supplies and repairs) and is the appointed Nigerian agent for IKA Germany. Morphlix built one website for all three divisions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and connected its enquiries to Morphlix Connect, giving the team a shared place to capture, assign and follow up customer requests. Results
99.8%
website availability
1–28 October 2026.
0.8%
quote-request failure rate
Fewer than one in 100 quote requests failed, under the measurement method used, 1–28 October 2026.
The challenge
Enquiries spread across channels and divisions
Serving farmers, fleet operators and businesses across Nigeria, Sallis needs to present different offerings and manage enquiries from very different customer groups.
Three channels
Customers contacted Sallis by email, WhatsApp and phone.
No shared view
Staff and divisions didn't have one consistent view of incoming requests and their follow-up status.
Hard to coordinate quotes
That made it harder to coordinate quotations, spot outstanding requests and keep visibility across the three divisions.
Sallis needed one online presence and a practical workflow for capturing, assigning and following up enquiries.
The solution
A unified website, connected to Morphlix Connect
A unified business website
The three divisions are presented through one digital destination, helping customers discover the company's products and services.
Centralised enquiry management
Website enquiries and quotation requests are captured in Morphlix Connect, giving the team a shared place to track and follow up leads.
AI-assisted customer support
An assistant handles common customer questions, with safeguards that keep responses relevant and within approved information.
AI cost controls

Monitoring and alerts
Alerts help the team spot service disruptions and act when something stops working.

Measured reliability, one enquiry workflow

Business Impact
A single front door for a small team
Sallis now has one digital front door for its three divisions, backed by a central enquiry workflow. That reduces fragmentation across customer channels and makes it easier for a small team to manage incoming opportunities.
A unified digital presence and structured lead management can help a multi-division SME coordinate customers without adding administrative complexity.
